*Self knowledge is at the point where wisdom meets success.

In order to truly succeed in life - you must know yourself.

In order for your relationships to thrive - you must know yourself.

In order to achieve ALL things that you want for you and for your loved ones - you must know Yourself!

Before you can get anywhere worth going in this world, you have to know other people (how they feel, what makes them feel that way, what they want....). It matters not if you're a teacher, entrepreneur, salesman, chef, doctor, lawyer or writer. You'll simply never be of use to anyone unless you know them. And, as the saying goes, you'll never know others until you know yourself.

*Self knowledge is at the point where wisdom meets happiness.

Take a close, careful, conscientious look at yourself. Ask the following questions:

1. What are my strengths? 2. What are my weaknesses? 3. Where AM I right now in my life? 4. Where would I LIKE to be? 5. How can I use the answers for question #1 to propel me from #3 to #4? 6. How will the weaknesses from #2 delay the trip? Is there a chance they could cancel the voyage alltogether?? Weaknesses wreak havoc with good intentions and well-laid-out plans. Fortunately, they don't have to win. Weaknesses are strengths waiting to happen; you just have to 'work them out'.

If you give the above 6 a bit of thought and consideration, you'll have a better understanding of the person at the helms of your life. You'll know where it is you want to be and what it will take to get there. You'll soon be on your way, using your strengths to muscle around any weaknesses and obstacles in your way.

Phone success and let it know when to expect you!

1. Can One Person Increase Motivation in Another Person?
The answer is yes, of course, right? People motivate other people. After all, what about coaches and inspirational speakers? They are paid to motivate other people to do great things. But ask the parent who would like to see a better report card, the boss who is sure to catch several employees off task at any give time, or the spouse who hates picking up someone else’s dirty laundry from the bathroom floor and you will hear that motivating others is IMPOSSIBLE!Consider the two types of motivatio…

2. A Sweep of Vanity: How To Burst Your Own Bubble
'Hoy-day! What a sweep of vanity comes this way!' William Shakespeare, 'The Life of Timon of Athens'If there's one characteristic we hope we don't have, it's vanity. We'd rather be considered aggressive, driven, petty, even mean than have others feel that we think too much of ourselves. Isn't that hilarious? We're all vain. The world appears to revolve around us because we literally can't see it any other way. Our reality is constructed entirely of our perceptions of how everyone and everything …

3. Sticktoitivity: Lessons Learned!
Walt Disney coined a special phrase for persistence and determination, he referred to it as sticktoitivity. I reflected upon this recently, because I stumbled across 20 old business cards from previous business ventures and jobs I had been associated with over the last twenty five years. Those old business cards , certainly brought back a museum full of memories and mixed feelings. I had forgotten about some of those jobs that shaped my outlook as I pushed onward and upward. As I look back on al…

4. Good Friends, Great Life!
While I was in high school, I developed this habit of always watching people and how they responded to things. When I’m walking, when I’m talking, and when I’m eating, I love to watch people. I don’t know why I do it, but I think it’s just my curiosity of wanting to understand all of the various human characteristics.About two years ago, in one of my high school math classes, I met this unbelievably down to earth girl (let’s call her Sarah), but she always seemed to be sad. Everyday when I had c…
